Can't make a payment in Microsoft store

Hello, I tried to purchase the app Orbylon in the Microsoft store but I can't make the payment because I always get the error message, we can't proceed your payment, please contact Microsoft support (lCn83yOHJk+KBIe/.34.1.20.11 2018/06/06 - 09:24:11 UTC). I tried already my credit card and paypal.
