We have windows 10 on our classroom computers. We also have a program that deletes anything saved when the computer shuts down for any reason. We now have unusable computers because they are stuck in an update cycle. When the update finishes the computer reboots, which deletes the update and it starts over. Is there any way to break into the update to stop it? There is no search bar, just a blue screen with an endless circle of dots. Can I try a function key or something?
