Windows 10 running slow

so my windows is running slow , it takes a long time to start up , programs is slow at starting .

CPU :


Intel Core i5-7600K Kaby Lake Prosessor



GPU :


MSI GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB OC



MOTHERBOARD :


MSI B250M Bazooka, Socket-1151



RAM :


HyperX FURY DDR4 2400MHz 8GB



POWERSUPPLY :

Corsair VS550, 550W PSU

i have tried reinstalling windows a few times , doesnt help , have tried a couple of things from youtube , doesnt help , i would really glad if someone could help me out as i spent around 1300 dollars on my computer :/
