It has now been 4 weeks since I installed the OS update for Win 10 Pro, and despite many hours with MS support I'm still unable to use Office 365 locally. It gives an lic error reverting to my MS account profile not my Office 365 Business account profile. I am told there are several other cases regarding this problem and the escalation team are working on it. How many others have this problem? How long will it take to get a fix. The latest suggestion is to re-install the OS, which is fine to say but reinstalling all the software and reconfigure them will take a couple of days work. Great!
