Now it has been stuck at 10% for over 12 hours, with the following message:
Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
Version: 10.0.14393.0

Starting to update components...
Starting to install product key...
Finished installing product key.
Removing package Microsoft-Windows-ServerStandardEvalEdition~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.14393.0

Seems like many people are seeing this issue and I see no response from Microsoft on how to work around this issue.
I would not have built the evaluation instance of the server except that I have read that a standard key could be used to upgrade a standard evaluation instance. If I would have been told that this may not work and you may have to restart from scratch with a fresh install, I would not have headed down this path. Please help save hours of work while I worked out licensing with my vender. FYI, sometimes licensing takes a while to work through, in this case am approaching a month from the date I bought the key until now when I attempt to register the instance. Any help would be very appreciated.
