How to change the Lockscreen winsdow spotlight picture

Windows 10. Internet Explorer 11. Nothing out of the ordinary. No games or whatever. Need help with the image of the lockscreen in windows. It is always the same. My husband who uses the same desktop and had his own account on this same desktop does NOT have this same issue.

So why my lockscreen window shows the same image always?
