Just bought State of Decay 2

I just bought State of Decay 2 and am having trouble downloading it from the Microsoft Store. It has downloaded 52.30 Mb and stopped completely. My download speed right now is 39.6, and I am able to download a game off Steam no problem. I have tried signing out and signing back in. I have tried pausing the update and resuming it. All to no avail.
