Ask for permission, Google Chrome

Okay this is complete bs I couldn't open my website on internet explorer so I downloaded google chrome and firefox and it keeps saying ask for permission. My final exam is literally due tomorrow and I'm going to fail because of the **** restrictions on Microsoft. Does anyone have any tips before it is too late?
