prerequisite: in all web browsers and most programs pressing ctrl+f is a shortcut for a basic text search within that page and/or program.
My Inquiry: is there a way to do the same type of text search in windows that covers all open programs/windows?
Further elaboration: is there a way to perform the same function as the [ctrl+f] "find in page" feature from microsoft edge. But from the windows desktop so it searches across all text of all open windows/programs.
