Desktop messages appear ONCE MORE on my monitor saying: Cannot Install Updates. Fix. And Fix responds: No can do.

Windows 10. Desktop messages appear again on my monitor saying: Cannot Install Updates. Fix. But clicking Fix responds with cannot fix. Here is the problem: I responded that you did NOT solve my problem, which is: Please uninstall OmniPass for me so I can receive updates. You uninstalled once before. Why is OmniPass back again? I know there is a program to uninstall OmniPass. Don't you have a license it to uninstall because you put it there & you should be able to get rid of it PERMANENTLY. Most of us cannot follow the complicated step-by-step instructions to do this because they are too long & they take us into the Registry, an unfamiliar "jungle" where we can make big mistakes to make things worse rather than better. I am 84 year old 100% Permanent Disabled Vietnam veteran & am limited in just sitting in front of the computer, with a long list of painful & disabling other conditions by my 7 years as a Navy carrier aviator who was drafted & answered the call for you & all of us. Now I ask you to return the favor by correcting the OmniPass problem again for me permanently without disturbing the rest of the computer. Thank you. WD
