Checked for system updates and they only go back two weeks, can't do a rollback

All my previous Windows updates are gone. No restore point because restore point was disabled.

I certainly did not do this and no one else has ever used my laptop.

I only discovered this because something weird happened with Word 365 a couple of days ago - it won't load. I never use it anyway - I use Word 2016. But now only 365 wants to load when I click on the Word icon. So I have to run Word in safe mode just to use it at all.

I note that when Word 365 tries to load, it says there are two apps, one of which is Foxit. It never gets past the big blue square in the middle of my screen when it is trying to load. There was an update to Adobe a couple of days ago.

None of this explains how my restore points were disabled and all history of upgrades is gone. I've had this laptop for over two years. History goes back to May 25, 2018.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks,

Tenney
