Print jobs stuck in spool after Windows 10 update 6/7/18

Finally gave in to persistent update prompts in Windows 10. Lost use of network printer. Tried test page. Queue shows test page stuck in queue status "access denied". Can't be deleted or cancelled. Restarted spooling service. No files .spl or .shd files (or any other for that matter) in system32/spool folders. Any help?
