This doesn't happen every time, but many times when I try to turn on my PC it hangs at the spinning dots and I have to unplug it a bunch of times and restart it until it works. When Windows tried to diagnose the problem in System Repair it directed me to "C:\Windows\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt" and this is what the txt says:
Boot critical file c:\efi\microsoft\boot\resources\custom\bootres.dll is corrupt.
Repair action: File repair Result: Failed. Error code = 0x57 Time taken = 1859 ms
I've already clean installed Windows again but the problem persists. What else can I do? Thanks!
