Audio Problems and Blue Error Screen

I

So after I first updated my computer to Windows 10, I could not use my audio anymore because there were “no audio devices installed.” I’m a go-getter, so I tried to fix this by looking at a couple of your articles and downloading driver updaters and installing different drivers. Someone I know who has the same computer as I do volunteered to show me what audio drivers they had, and I downloaded the same one they had, but it would not work for me because it said that the request wasn’t understood or executed or something. So I try to download some stuff for that, but when i tried to add it onto the driver, it said that it already had the latest update. So for some stupid reason I then try to install it onto another audio driver that wasn’t working, and then my computer gives me the blue error screen. It would load, then restart my computer, then give me the screen again, and keep doing that. I try to turn off my computer, and the screen turns black but it isn’t off.

I don’t really know what to do at this point, and I really hope someone here can help me because I’m never going to try to fix my computer again. I apologize for the long description, and i’ll try to give more information if needed.
