Hi, I'm having issues with the windows 10 auto repair boot loop error.
I had some trouble with my windows crashing due to parts failing (I have since replaced those parts with new ones) and upon these crashes happening I have now been stuck in an infinite loop of the automatic repair boot. I have looked up many things and fixes to this and I've had nothing work.
I have tried downloading the windows 10 media to a USB drive and using that but it will not let me. It says the upgrade option isn't available if I start my computer using Windows installation media.
If a copy of Windows is already installed on this computer and you want to upgrade, remove the installation media and restart your computer. After windows has started normally, insert the installation media and run Windows setup.
The problem with that is the fact I have a boot loop error and I can not start windows normally because it gets stuck at the choose your keyboard layout screen. Due to the USB devices not working, I am not able to press or click anything. My mouse and keyboard work fine connected to anything else.
I have pressed the repair your computer option and I have both "Troubleshoot" and "Turn off your PC" as options. Upon pressing Troubleshoot I have System Restore, Go back to the previous version, System Image Recovery, Startup Repair, and Command Prompt all as options.
As for the options I have available;
I am currently running chkdsk commands from the command prompts on my drives to see if it will find anything. Will update if anything is found and if a restart resolves the problem.

As for the options I have available;
- Pressing System Restore gives me a popup window with "To use System Restore, you must specify which Windows installation to restore. Restart this computer, select and operating system, and then select System Restore".
- Pressing Go back to the previous version gives me, "We ran into a problem and won't be able to take you back to the previous version of Windows. Try resetting your PC instead (Troubleshoot > Reset this pc) *I do not have that option per the USB windows media ISO*
- Pressing Startup Repair takes me back to the infinite automatic repair boot loop.
- Using my Command Prompt and entering in many different things I have had no luck. I have trouble with the bootrec.exe /fixboot command being denied.
- I should also mention that I've tried hard restarting my computer 3, to 4 times in a row to start the boot to option menu but that also has not worked.
I am currently running chkdsk commands from the command prompts on my drives to see if it will find anything. Will update if anything is found and if a restart resolves the problem.
