My application hangs in Windows 10 IoT (Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB)

Any attempt to Save an existing file or Save As causes my application to crash. This sometime happens even when I load the app without a Save or Save as. The exact same application build runs perfectly fine on a Windows 10 Professional Dell 6520 laptop.

Many attempts at following various suggestions found on the discussion forums have been unsuccessful.
