Windows server 2012 unable to install new security only quality update - "The following updates were not installed"

Hi all,

I have a Windows server 2012 unable to install new security only quality update.

"The following updates were not installed"


I have tried:

1.

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

2. rename software distribution folder

rename catroot2

3. delete registry key - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WINEVT\Publishers\{e7ef96be-969f-414f-97d7-3ddb7b558ccc}
