Hello.
My problem started when I wanted to uninstall one application but as it seems I needed admin rights to do so. However, the propmt didn't have the option to allow the app to make changes to my PC. I tried to follow the steps in here UAC Prompt YES Button gone
but when I reach step 12 I get the same issue.
Finally I did a reset to remove all apps to be sure some of them didn't block me or something...That didn't help, I still didn't have the "Yes" option
Then I kept looking for a solution and I ended up trying this: Windows 10 - User Account Control is missing the Yes button! - Some Shiny Object
The problem I found here is that I don't have the "Startup Settings" option in the Advanced Boot Options...
