June 8 update to Windows 10 has disabled several applications

The June 8 update that installed on my computer has affected several programs that were all working properly including SnagIt 13, Pinnacle Studio 21.5, and Nero 2017 Video. All of these programs display partial screens. Consistently, the top and side menus are transparent. You can hover over the menu areas and see the tooltips, but the applications won't display properly. Both the Techsmith Snagit capture program and the Snagit editor display a hover window on the toolbar... and a ghost window adjacent. You can select the ghost, close it, but the main program is still non-responsive. Pinnacle Studio launches its intro page but won't allow proceeding to the editor. And Nero Video comes up with a transparent rectangle and nothing more. All of these programs worked properly prior to June 8. Techsmith had a tip sheet for problems like this. Have uninstalled, downloaded latest version, reinstalled, no change at all.

I have gone into the Windows 10 display settings, selected these applications and optimized them to no avail. And I have gone through all of the Intel graphic settings as well. No change makes any effect.

CPU is Intel Xeon E3-1535M v6 @ 3.10 GHz, display is integrated with the CPU and is the Intel HD Graphics P630.

Have validated that all drivers from Dell Support are up 100% up to date. No updates to install.

Graphic editors from Adobe work properly, MS Office applications work properly. It's the video editors and screen capture programs that are affected. It's as though some sort of visual overlay has been disabled. I have adjusted advanced properties to maximum display performance, from the "Let Windows decide" and that makes no difference.

It doesn't seem to make sense to try and roll back Win10 Pro, because it will just go through the same massive update process again. Please advise.
