I bought a game on windows store online. When I tried to download it, the Windows Store app opened up. The app was not able to detect the internect connection even though I had active browser windows on the same laptop. I searched around an notice many fixes/workarounds given in microsoft forums but none of them have worked for me. Why does Microsoft torture its users like so? Why does Microsoft treat its customers like ****? Why doesn't Microsoft give AF?
"It doesn't look like you are connected to the internet. Please check your connection and try again 0x800704cf". If I want to send feedback from within Windows, even that app doesn't recognize the internect connection.
I switched between wired and wireless connections. I restarted my modem and laptop a few times.
