I've been having this problem for about a month now since the last Windows update. Neither Samsung help desk nor anyone else -although very much aware of the existing problem- can help to solve this problem which I find ridiculous. I desperately need this function which I am deprived of now just because I updated my software! I would be very grateful if anyone came up with an ultimate solution for something that was working properly and had been damaged. Please........
