MDI to TIFF File Converter

Hi


I recently downloaded the MS MDI to TIFF File Converter and it is sat on my desk top


However I cant seem to get it to open in order to convert MDi to Tiff files.


Also I dont seem to have a TIFF files program on my computer? Is this a problem?


Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
