WINDOWS 10 TAKING more than 15 MINUTES TO BOOT AFTER WINDOWS 10 APRIL 2018 UPDATE

Previously Windows 10 used to boot very quickly. But after the recent Windows 10 April 2018 Update, Windows is taking 15 minutes (sometimes more than that) to boot. After booting Windows is working normally as usual. When powering on the computer, after POST during Windows 10 booting, it is showing a black screen with the blue Windows logo(Windows 10 logo) and the circular white dots at the middle at the bottom of the screen are rotating very very slowly. This is going on for more than 15 minutes. Previously it used to show this Windows 10 booting screen only for a few seconds and those circular white dots at the middle at the bottom of the screen used to rotate at a normal speed. This is going on since the recent Windows 10 April 2018 Update(Windows 10 version 1803) that took place on my PC only 2 days ago. Please help.
