Hi,
Our Domain Functional Level is 2008.
We just set up a new Windows Server 2016 Server with Desktop.
After adding to Domain, when we log in the machine as Domain\Administrator and try to change Desktop Icons, we get the message, "C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe - Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access them." On the other hand, if I log in a local admin I don't get the error.
Is there any workaround or reason ?
Thanks
