Resolution problem with Task Scheduler

Hi. We have a resolution problem with an application that is made with Matlab. The application creates images that we see on the web for users. When I start the application from the .exe file server (Windows 2012 R2) from the desktop, everything works fine. Images are displayed to users with the desired resolution (1920 * 1080). But if I set the application to start through Task Scheduler, the resolution becomes VGA level. The application run on a virtual server with a resolution of 1920 * 1080. Need ideas? -Henry
