Problem with the update

I have the windows server 2016 essentials, but I can't install these updates. Tried troubleshooting.

2018-05 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-Based System (KB4103470)

2018-05 Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64 Base System (KB4132216)
