Huge 9GB Windows Server 2016 updates but Windows Update Cleanup missing from Disk Cleanup

I've not updated in a bit so there were a few updates but my base install went from 16.8GB to 26.2GB and there is no change after running Disk Cleanup. There is no Windows Update Cleanup option listed in the Disk Cleanup. Thats over 9GB, that cant be right.


The new updates were:

Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool x64 - June 2018 (KB890830)

2018-05 Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB4132216)

2018-05 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB4103720)

Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7 for Windows 10 Version 1607 and Windows Server 2016 for x64 (KB3186568)
