Dead Child Domain

I wanted to prompt a server 2012 to domain controller by creating a new child domain to forest domain(the forest domain is also a server 2012). During installation it stopped halfway and the server did not become a domain controller of the new child domain. But when i login the forest DC to check , i can find the new child domain in Active Directory Domains and Trusts and also the domain controller in Active Directory Sites and Services . I cannot delete this non-existing domain controller with error "Windows cannot delete object ...because:A referral was returned from the server. I tried the solution using ntdsutil . When i connect to server it replies error"DsBindWithSpnExW error 0x5(Access is Denied.>

Please help to tell me how to remove this not working Child domain and its domain controller in forest DC manually.
