Hi,
While applying patches and updates to the Windows 2016 Server, I was unable to find the KB ID: KB4132216 listed in the wsusscn2.cab file.
This patch("KB4132216") is with the specifications as below:
Classification: Critical updates
Severity: Unspecified.
Microsoft Update Catalog
Even though this update is classified as 'Critical Update', why it is not included in the wsusscn2.cab file?As I could see from this reference link the description for this cab file:
"The Wsusscn2.cab file contains metadata from the following classifications: security updates, update rollups, and service packs."
If I understand it rightly, since this KB ID does not have Security updates classification, is it not included?Although, I was looking for more information as to why this particular KB ID is not getting listed in the cab file and why is Microsoft is not treating or classifying this as a Security update to get it listed there.
Additionally, while I looked for this particular update, KB955430 it is having the classification same as KB:KB4132216.

The classification shows as 'Service Packs' because of which I am believing it is getting listed in the WSUSSCN2.cab file.Can you please confirm why this update 'KB' is not classified as 'Security update' and why it is not listed in the cab file?
