Hello,
It's 2nd time i faced this issue with ReFS & updated system! (Server 2016 Essentials with 06-2018 updates)
I've done around 20 reboots nothing!
Microsoft should REMOVE REFS from their RTM products!
If anyone wants to have the data on the disks after Power Failure DO NOT USE EVER REFS!
