My health report indicates there is a problem. I have tried to use the troubleshooter and sometimes it is detected and sometimes it is not. I have completed the steps in the troubleshooter and the issue is not resolved. I have also tried to update as well as uninstall and reinstall and the problem is not corrected. Is there a fix for this?
