Incorrect Password issue after Domain Controllers upgrade

Hi,

I have upgraded the domain controllers from win 2003 to win2016.

After 2 to 3 days user were compiling that the are getting Incorrect Password message while login into the laptop using domain credentials.

When they restart the laptop then they are able to login into the laptop user their domain accounts

Which is causing it and how to we fix it.
