Some updates are have shown on event veiwer setup option are installed but couldn't reflect under program features tab

Hi All,


Please assist on issue with windows update as OS is windows server 2012 r2, shown updates are installed but not reflected in program features tab


here is snippets for the reference ( as there are lot KB are installed but not shown in program features tab)



Below are the snippet of same server on which hotfix are shown is installed which reflect none of KB installed on given time on above snippet.
