Cant connect to remote app

Hello,

Since a few weeks i have issue to start an remoteapp from RDS farm (4 2012R2 servers incl. broker/gateway from 1 particular server. The app worked fine, until we tried to roll out Securenvoy Agent (for MFA) on the broker/gateway(also an session host). Since then we cant start an remoteapp from an other local RDS server (2012r2). There is an specific app on that one.
Both the farm as the local RDS server are in the same domain.

He says he cant connect to the server, while Ping & RDP to that server works fine from the same server...

Also removed the securenvoy agent, but it still doesn't work.
Reinstalled it again for further use.

Cant find nothing in the logs of both the server that cant connect or the remoteapp server. So there is nothing to go with..
Tried to turn of NLA on the remoteapp, didn't work. Check other things, but everythings look fine. And working fine from the other RDS servers. From both Webportal, as APP.RDP as configured in the controlpanel part.

But the strange thing is, an other RemoteApp to an external supplier works with no issues.

Does someone has some pointer where i can find this culprit?
