Not able to connect to Active Directory server

Hello,

I m trying to integrate our Active Directory Server with other server for authentication. But it seems having issues. When I checked DNS on Active Directory server. It seems its not having properly configured. I cant see any directories like tcp, udp etc.. in the Forward Lookup zone and that is causing the issue to connect to Active Directory Server from other servers.

Is there any way to resolve that issue or restore ?
