Missing Performance counters in registry for NTDS

I get message that this file is missing SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NTDS\Performance\First Counter in the registry only the following names are available under performance

Defaulkt

1008

Close

Collect

InstallType

Library

Object List

Open

PeriniFile

All the ones for the counters are missing, how can I get this fixed this is on a domain controller on Windows server 2016
