I have a windows 10 laptop. I was updating my operating system using windows 10 update assistant and I noticed that 'service host: local system' was using up too much data so I stopped several processes that were found under it in order to make my update go faster. but after I stopped the processes, the task manager refused to open and I can't do anything that requires administrator's permission although I am the administrator. so I am hoping if there is any way to undo that. I will wait for an answer soon, thanks
