Hi

Recently for some reason all my videos (on my drive) seem to be scaled up for some reason. I was using Media Player Classic HC x64.

I checked every scaling thing i could find, i even tried Windows Media Player (which had the same issue). Only when playing it in "Films and TV" app everything is scaled properly. I also checked and VLC Player seems to be working OK as well.

I tries reinstalling players and codecs but it did not help.

Then i completely removed GPU Driver as someone suggested it may have been updated in some update or something. To my surprise on a windows generic driver video playback went back to normal. When i reinstalled my last drivers the issue returned (whql-win10-catalyst-15.7.1-oct30). The GPU is ATI Radeon 6900 series.

Anyone has any clue what is going on and how can i get back to normal video size with current driver? This happened afer an update installed on 2018.06.12 (or mote less around it) so my suspect would be KB4284835 security update.
