Windows Server 2016 cannot read print.export file from 2008 R2

Hi,

I am trying to export all printers and drivers from 2008 R2 and import them to 2016 server but server 2016 cannot read that file. It says file not found. Can anyone please help. When I try to import the file server 2016 dont see it and when I select all files then I can choose it but it cannot be readed.
