Cannot install windows cumulative updates on windows server 2016

Hi,

We are unable patch are Windows Server 2016 Data Centre on Azure using windows update.

The previous update status are as follows (before this we have had no issues):

Success: 2018-05 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB4103723)

Failed: 2018-05 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB4103720)

Failed: 2018-05 Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB4132216)

Failed: 2018-05 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB4103720)

Failed: 2018-06 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB4284880)

I'm unsure why it trying to install the 2018-05 updated again but since then everything is failing.

Any suggestions on how to correct this.
