Howdy,
I run Windows 10 V1803 Build 17134.112 on all systems on a small network in our office.
System-1 has an HP Laserjet Monochrome printer connected to it via USB, and that printer is shared.
If I print to that printer from System-1 it works just fine.
The shared printer is the Default printer on System-2 but, if I print to that shared printer from System-2 its print queue does not populate, and, of course, nothing prints. To get the printer to work properly, I have to power the printer down, and then up again. Whenever I go though this routine, there are no errors displayed.
What might be causing this problem, and what might I do to correct it?
Sincere thanks for any help,
Lothar
