keyboard/computer fault

Since latest update - some of the keys have become @mixed up@ for example upper 2 prints @ and the @ symbol shows as ". I use a PC keyboards are Logitech.

I have tried two different keyboards (one wired and one wireless) typing with both shows the same problem. Google suggests click Fn + Nums Lock keys etc... but neither keyboard has a separate Fn key. Any advice, please?
