Can't see available WiFi networks

Hey guys,

So I'm dealing with this problem. I have an Asus X540S running Windows 10 and the only way I can connect to a WiFi network is from lock screen. When I try to connect from the settings it looks like in the picture. What can I do? Also, because of this, I can't update my laptop. Thanks!f75b569a-5daa-4047-8958-3716e71853f0?upload=true.jpg
