windows 10 64 bit operating system .net framework not installed properly

i have lenovo pc os its windows 10 professional 64 bit then i have some third party software install this pc but its require .net framework 3.5 or above and this is not installed when i am install in control panel in add and remove programs then turn on future then check the .net framework 3.5 but pc get message display restart then update while restart this pc not update anything so solved this problem as soon as possible.
