Drive is almost FULL... Mysterious NEW drive have appeared. HELP

My C drive was almost full; I looked up here how to get rid of unwanted files but instead ALL my files from C drive moved to D drive and 2 new drives have appeared (E and F) below shows what it looks like in Settings.... it tries to save to drive D but its really C. I'm confused. How do I get my files moved back to the real Local Disk Drive; give D a bit more storage space; and get rid of E and F (or should I?) ?
