VSS error

Hi,

I have a two node failover cluster of windows server 2012 R2. I am using EMC Networker to take file level backup of C and E local drives. On one of the node i am getting VSS error. When i run "vssadmin list writers" i can see a system writer in inconsistent state. I restart the server and all writers are stable but when i run the backup again the system writer becomes inconsistent. I check the event log and writers log and i can see there a path "- j:\abc\xyz\ [Does not exist]". We don't have J drive currently on the cluster and from the backup configuration i cannot see any J drive.

Is there anyway to remove this J drive, so that it doesn't fail the VSS again.
