Best way of setting "Adjust for best performance" option through Server 2016 group policy

What's the best way of setting the "Adjust for best performance" option through Server 2016 group policy so that this setting applies for the Server 2016 and Windows 10 client computers?

Is there a group policy option to do this or should this be done by setting a registry setting that applies on all client computers?
