Robocopy 6.3 (Windows server 2016) version bug? /NP is ignored and shows percentage in output

Robocopy Windows server 2016 version:

/NP switch is applied in Robocopy script but still percentage copied is displayed in output. Anybody happened to notice?

(Help : /NP :: No Progress - don't display percentage copied)

(Earlier we found another bug that this version repeatedly copies same files as "modified".)
