I'm trying to reformat images on photoshop elements and then upload them online but I can't open the files into photoshop in order to edit them nor can I open the files to upload them.
Full disclaimer: I know nothing about laptops but I'm using Windows 10 and issues began after the latest update. I've tried uninstalling the update but this hasn't helped so now I'm stuck.
Would really appreciate some help because I need to be able to access files for work. Thanks
