Whole Computer Freezing in Windows 10

So I've owned a Windows 10 Gaming PC by ASUS with Nvidia and Intel Core I5 so I got it for Christmas and it's been freezing since I started playing on it. I got it in 2016 and just dealt with the freezing when it freezes I have to press the power button on my desktop tower cause I have to reboot it to play again. The freezing has gotten worse like I can play a game for 10-20 min before freezing! I'm tired of the freezing and I need help! Please help me thank you!
